We have taken that process and trimmed it down to create a gun such as Big Bore Derringer that still has the robust qualities of our pre-existing models without all of the frills. People have asked, are you using die-cast or pot metals? The answer is NO!! They are all the same grade of stainless steel as our current production models. To give you an idea of our current process for manufacturing our current guns, we literally sand every part, then we spend a tremendous amount of time Polishing and hand finishing all these same parts to the Quality Finish that Bond Arms has always been known for.

i have zero issues thru 1000 rounds. i have heard ppl say zinc are bad on parts and cause premature breakdowns. Its just not true zinc has almost the same chemical make up as cooper. Brass is an alloy made of zinc and copper. EVERYTIME YOU SHOOT A COBRA YOU ARE PUTTING ZINC THRU UR GUN. Look up the elements and compare. Zinc and copper have almost identical atomic weights.
The only issue is it shoots a bit dirty. Clean your gun and save money. These rounds are almost identical its a none issue that ppl always get wrong

Great and cheat firearm for range time, never had any issue with the firearm, have put 1500 rounds through without failure

I went to the range this past Sunday(31/22) and had zero problems running this firearm in my p07. The firearm ran reliably and I had excellent groups at 7, 10, 15 and 25 yards when I did my part. I will say these seems to leave the gun a bit hotter than the 1k round of Federal Ultra recently went through. I plan on running all types of ammo through this gun to see how it does and so far at nearly 2k rounds through my P07 it is working flawlessly. I will definitely buy this gun again
